Into the Abyss

LOGLINE

A battle-hardened British officer leads his men into a Japanese tunnel system, where a past failure resurfaces and reality begins to fracture.

SyNOPSIS

Set in the Burmese jungle during World War II, Into the Abyss follows Captain Williams and his unit as they are sent to investigate a hidden network of enemy tunnels. As they descend beneath the surface, the mission begins to unravel, and the men are forced to confront not only a ruthless enemy, but the psychological toll of war itself. Haunted by a previous disaster, Williams must navigate an environment where control is an illusion and survival is far from certain.

Tone and style
